
In 2015 Madison received her BSW from the University of Nevada Reno. In 2017 Madison attended the University of Southern California and received her MSW with a concentration in mental health and a sub-concentration in neurobiology.
Madison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health industry since 2014. Madison’s career in mental health began at Jan Evans, Washoe County Juvenile Services working alongside juvenile probation officers in the mental health unit. In 2017 Madison moved to San Francisco during which time she worked in an adult male rehabilitation center for drugs and alcohol. More recently Madison has been working for a private mental health company during which time she has worked with diverse populations with a wide spectrum of mental health disorders. Populations served include at-risk youth, adolescents, families, individuals mandated by mental health court and drug court, families involved with child protective services, individuals who have experienced trauma, and aging adults.
Madison’s approach to therapy is structured with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, compliance issues, exploration of coping patterns, exploration of emotions, exploration of relationship patterns, mindfulness training, preventative services, psycho-education, role-play/behavioral rehearsal, structured problem solving, and supportive reflection. Madison’s approach is primarily systematic and emotionally focused.
During treatment, Madison’s goal is to assist clients with understanding how distorted perceptions and thoughts often result in maladaptive feelings and behaviors. Madison is committed to assisting her clients in identifying the extent of their capacity to grow, change, and overcome their own problems.

Shanley was born and raised in Reno, Nevada to parents who were both coaches and teachers in Washoe County. This created a love for health and wellness and an eagerness to play several different sports to stay active, eventually leading her toward becoming a gymnastics coach for 6 years while privately coaching autistic children.
Shanley earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and minored in theater at the University of Nevada, Reno and she completed her graduate degree in clinical psychology while living in the bay area. While working toward her Master's degree, Shanley nannied 3 girls who had intellectual and emotional struggles.
Prior to graduation, Shanley was exposed to several treatment settings, including the Marin Treatment Center (a methadone clinic) and the Downing Clinic at UNR. After receiving her Master's degree, Shanley worked at West Hills Hospital for 6 years then continued her journey within crisis to Mobile Crisis Response Team and worked at Wooster High School through the Peace Grant as a Safe School Professional. Further, Shanley worked as a member of clinical management at a local mental health agency. Shanley's training, experience and areas of interest include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, coming of age struggles, sexual dysfunction and mood disorders along with chronic or acute medical issues.
Shanley has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Shanley’s approach is holistic, focused on balance, and incorporating skills, strategies, and problem solving techniques to work towards reducing frequency, duration, and intensity of symptoms that interfere with quality of life. Therapy is about the right to self-determination and focusing on how this journey could be advantageous for the individual. Shanley offers therapy to individuals, couples and families.
and Shanley offers a spiritual approach in session upon request. She loves all things nature, animals, and is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Kristina McIntyre, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online (telehealth) therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She began working in the mental health field in 2010, starting as a mentor to young adults in a sober transitional living program. This early experience inspired her passion for helping people create meaningful life change through compassionate, client-centered support.
Kristina earned her Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has since worked with a wide range of clients, including court-mandated individuals, residents in long-term skilled nursing facilities, private practice clients, and low-income communities in rural Nevada. She also co-facilitated a Transgender Support Group for young adults in Reno and has a background in energy work as a ReikiMaster, which supports her holistic mind-body approach.
Kristina offers a calm and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your challenges. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection and self-awareness.
She helps clients gain clarity, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and build confidence.
